At our company, we respect your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal data solely for booking management, service delivery, and to enhance your overall experience with us. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time. Please contact us if you require any changes. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour will incur a 50% charge of the deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit. For private tours, deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time at each location to ensure a smooth experience.
